This macerated white from Denis Montanar is simply delightful, it's charming and engaging and it's just so damn good.

Notes of honey, dried figs, macerated fruits and aromatic herbs. It would be perfect to pair with a cheese course at the end of the meal, but honestly it's perfect on its own.
