“Arshura” , born in 2000: magic word reminding of an atavistic thirst, like Valter’s family passion.

Valter was born in 1960 in Castorano. His nickname is “Roccia” (Rock) and his profession is decorator. It is well known that Rock is also a prisoner of other passions like antiques and motorbikes.

“Arshura” is certainly his most representative wine, but it’s just as true that with wines of such vigor and personality the whole range is able to give us a glimpse into his thoughts, philosophy and great passion for his work. 

My grandfather Nazzareno, when he was washing his face, was very carefull not to swallow even a drop of water, in fact, since he was a boy, the only liquid he has been swallowing was wine, only wine, farmer’s wine he was making by himself, in times with when there were no professional oenologists. My other grandfather Giuseppe was making wine by himself too and my father Gaspare no less so. Could have I broken the tradition? Never!
