The Uis Blancis Dodòn from Denis Montanar is a dry macerated white wine, fruity, minerally, very round and savory on the palate.

Notes of caramel, apricot jam, whiskey and a light smokiness. A good kick of acidity. Maybe not for everyone, but you might absolutely adore it, we certainly do.
