The Pignolo is without a doubt the most prestigious and refined indigenous grape variety of Friuli, not to mention the most difficult to work with. With this wine, Fulvio Bressan manifests all his love for his land and his traditions.

The vintage is 2004, 17 years in wooden barrels. A reserved wine when young, that needs time to express all of its infinite depth. The earthy notes dominate the experience, think of wood and dried mushrooms, rounded up by a beautiful bouquet of spices such as cloves and pepper.
