100% Chardonnay, aged in barrels, coming from an area where Pecorino is typically grown.
It's a soft wine in texture but quite full bodied. It carries the typical buttery flavors of a great Chardonnay, reminds you of pop corn. But it's more complex that with sometimes surprising notes such as a light smokiness.
