Julien Gullion has preferred since the beginning an exclusively biodynamic agriculture as well as completely natural vinifications. His philosophy is about developing and valorizing the oenological heritage of his territory. 

Freshness, finesse, style and character are meshed together to create the bottles that are born from this winery. 

Julien is firmly convinced that only a careful work, respectful and meticulous in the vineyard, can allow him to bring grapes in the cellar that express their maximum potential. His wines are all able to give us an insight into his philosophy but more than anything they let us experience the inspired touch of one of the most appreciated vigneron’s in Switzerland.
