Il Torchio is a winery located on the Colli di Luni near the border that separated Liguria from Tuscany. It’s a young project, started in 1978, and managed by young people such as Gilda, Edoardo and Alessandro.

Their philosophy is that of a sustainable viticulture, operating in defense of the soils and its fruits. Just like in the cellar, where artisanal methods are applied without the use of any synthetic products. 

The most representative wine from Il Torchio, as well as the most representative grape variety of this whole area, is the Vermentino. The rocky soils and winds from the sea that rise up these hills give a lovely mediterranean character to the wine, faithful representation of its own territory.
