From Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, the same grapes used to produce the Riserva wine, we obtain the Cerasuolo Superiore. By limiting the maceration period to just a few hours, it achieves an intense rosé color, with a delicate fragrance of talc, wild strawberries, and roses, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs like thyme and marjoram.
