The Timorasso from la Morella is a round and profound white. Great structure, so much so that it perfectly pairs with white meat dished.

This vintage is somewhat atypical for this variety, with an almost smoky characteristic. A different Timorasso but no less fascinatic, that mantains it's core characteristics such as ripe fruit and honey aromas.
