Biancofongoli is produced from Grechetto and Trebbiano Spoletino grapes from biodynamic vineyards. The hand-picked grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open vats, with a 24-hour maceration on the skins followed by white winemaking, resulting in beautiful golden hues.
It has a refined and delicate aroma, with fruity and chamomile notes. On the palate, it offers savoriness and great freshness. Perfectly suited for a pleasant summer aperitif.
